Yes, I would like to schedule a dog tender to support my event, monitor the dogs' play, and clean up accidents. The cost is $49 per hour.

No, we don't need any additional support, we will monitor our dogs' play, and pick up after our dogs and ourselves.

Terms and Conditions Individuals (as opposed to a legal entity) - To agree to each term and condition, click the box to the left of the statement. All terms must be agreed to in order to complete the Room Rental Reservation Request.

1. All dogs participating are known to me and are current on their vaccinations and are in good health.

2. I agree to relinquish the room on time and in the same or better condition than I found it, including any time needed for tear-down and cleaning, or additional fees may apply.

3. I agree to clean up all spilled water, debris, and accidents dogs may have had with the supplies provided, placing used supplies and waste in the lidded trash can provided. I agree that everyone participating will pick up after their dogs outside and place applicable waste in the appropriate receptacle near the entrance.

4. I agree participating dog(s) will be supervised by an adult at all times and there will be at least 1 adult for every 2 participating dogs.

5. I agree to relieve my dog in the designated grassy space located on the north side of the building between the street and the sidewalk (adjacent to the gravel lot).

6. I understand that I am fully responsible for any and all injuries sustained or inflicted and any and any and all damages caused by my dog or a any and all dogs participating as part of my group, and will hold The Dogs' Spot - Dog Training Center, LLC, all Dogs' Spot employees, volunteers, or agents harmless, while on the premises, including inside the building, in the parking lot, and surrounding grounds.

7. If I am not reserving the space on behalf of an organization, then all participants must sign a waiver, which will be provided by staff of The Dogs' Spot, before participating.

8. I understand Room Rental Reservations must be paid for at the time of scheduling and cancelations must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation by emailing customercare@thedogsspot.com to be eligible for a refund.

9. I understand that handlers and the dogs who participate must have enough knowledge and experience to participate independently and safely as there is no instruction provided.

10. I understand that dog activities are to be fun for people and dogs alike. Anyone using harsh physical or verbal aversives inside our building, in our parking lot, or the surrounding grounds will be asked to leave. No refunds will be issued.

11. I understand that only employees of The Dogs' Spot can utilize a room rental to instruct others.

12. I understand that The Dogs' Spot is a positive reinforcement based training facility. In addition, for dog's safety and welfare we have the right to refuse service to anyone using any form of prong/pinch collar, choke chain, e-collar, or any other tool or training/disciplinary method that is being used or misused to cause a dog pain, fear, or distress.
