2025 Santa Paws Holiday Mart Artist/Maker Application

Calling all local pet related makers, bakers and artists. Come and join us for our fourth annual Santa Paws Holiday Mart celebrating our community’s love of pets. This will be a festive and fun opportunity for people to shop for their dogs and their dog loving friends! We will be promoting it to all our students (we average about 200 a week), in our monthly newsletter, our social media channels, at dog events, and through email campaigns.

The Holiday Mart will be held on Saturday, November 29, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in conjunction with Small Business Saturday. This event will be held indoors at The Dogs' Spot - Dog Training Center and Boutique’s 17,000 square foot facility located at 1701 Iron Street in North Kansas City, Missouri.

Three booth sizes are available:

  • 7’ x 7’

  • 10’ x 10’

  • NEW for 2025: 10’ x 20’

To reserve a booth space, please complete the form below. All those who apply must agree to stay for the entire time the event is being held. Booth space is limited so vendors will be specially selected from the applicants to offer a variety items. If selected, you will have three days to complete the agreement and submit your payment.

All participants will receive the following:

  • A 7’ x 7’, 10’ x 10’, or 10’ x 20’ vendor booth

  • Inclusion of your booth on the vendor map

  • Your business featured in social media promotions, our web page, and our monthly newsletter

  • Share your business internally on a digital sign

  • Access to a vendor hospitality room including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks

  • Staff to assist vendors with setting up, tearing down, and help during the event

Electricity is available on a limited basis to businesses who request it for $10. We will have free phone charging stations available throughout the facility.

This event will be heavily promoted to the local dog loving community and a part of the proceeds will be donated to the North Kansas City Animal Shelter.

  • A 7’ x 7’ booth is $60

  • A 10’ x 10’ booth is $80

  • A 10’ x 20’ booth is $160

Applications are now open and close when all booth spaces have been filled, or Friday, November 1. Notification of acceptance will be sent within 72 hours.

If you’re not able to participate, you’re welcome to be a sponsor. Sponsors will be advertised in the following locations:

  • Local dog events

  • Social media promotions, our web page, and our monthly newsletter

  • Internally on a digital sign
